Kapten and FamousGrey Paris launch "Karmatch", an activation campaign to celebrate the unusual moment when a customer and a driver meet for the second time on a Kapten ride. This campaign is supported by a film to be launched in digital and theaters in France, UK and Portugal.
Do you think it is luck? No, it is loyalty! Every week, more than 1300 customers meet the same Kapten driver for the second time during their rides... Who would have thought this could happen that often? For loyal customers and drivers, the chances of meeting again are HUGE, therefore Kapten has decided to celebrate them.
From September 9th to October 6th, when a driver and a customer cross paths for a second time, Kapten app will automatically trigger a "Karmatch".
And when a Karmatch happens, everyone wins!
Free ride for the customer and double earnings for the driver.
In the launch film, you will discover a driver and a passenger during a special ride. Those faces have already crossed each other... that familiar expression... of course, that's it! They realize they're meeting for the second time. It's a Karmatch! They celebrate the moment like never before.
In France, the activation will also be aired at the Parisian MK2 theaters and shared by influencers on the Kapten instagram account.
