Leadership in Brand Strategy, heading a team of 6 strategists for the second-biggest account of the Agency.
-HP Computer, Tablet, Phone, Printer: Lead a team of the Worldwide Strategic Alliance, and co-lead a team of 20+ creatives and account managers. Responsible for the development of marketing platforms, media-agnostic orchestration of new product launches, from insight to concept development to positioning to marketing mix. Initiated and developed worldwide market research: segmentation, performance tracking, online communities, ethnos, groups and trends analyses.
Dealt with CMO-level clients and worked very closely with creative partners.
Work got awarded a Gold Effies and 5 Cannes Lions.
-AIDES: European HIV-awareness association. Acted as the account, media and strategy director, managing the relationship with the clients and writing all creative briefs. Developed fully integrated campaigns, including print, OOH, insert, online films and iPad app.
-Agency Management: Responsible for Innovation and Education of the Department and launched the GSP DoTank, a project that following the “learning by doing” principle, helping us detect internal talents and develop experimental “products” (apps, games, utilities, arts…).
-New Business: Part of the team that pitched and won AIDES, Chanel (digital) and BevMo!, the number one wine and spirit retailer in California.
During my tenure, the Agency was named « Digital Agency of the Year » at Cannes Lions and named « Agency of the Decade » by AdAge (2009).
