Cynthia’s career has been punctuated by highlights in managing complex brand portfolios, leading development of media launches and directing high-level, cross-function and multi-tiered brand alliances. Prior to joining INNOCEAN, Cynthia served at Young & Rubicam/Mediaedge and as SVP, Media Director at Foote Cone & Belding/Irvine, California.
