Maria van Vlodrop is a Global Business Development Executive. She has a successful track record of founding new companies, developing their business and client base. In April 2015, Maria launched MVVO ART to create opportunities for artists, collectors and sponsors to discover each other and form powerful partnerships.

Prior to MVVO ART, Maria founded CERTPOINT's European branch which was acquired by INFOR (third largest business solutions enterprise behind SAP and Oracle). Maria's sharp business development skills were acquired working in the advertising industry in New York and London, where she held senior management roles, managing top creative talent to produce campaigns for NASA's Sunjammer, Moon Express, Pepsi, Haagen-Dazs, Finlandia Vodka, L’Oréal, Toyota, Gillette, to name a few.

• Founded INFOR's LMS EMEA branch, hired staff and acquired new business worth 1/3 of the company’s total revenue of $30 million.
• Led the successful development of global brand identity and campaign.
• Successfully contributed to the sale of the company to INFOR and transitioned the international business and teams into current line of business.
• Created the INFOR LMS Brand Ambassador program by training new recruits and outside resources in Europe which catapulted company to the forefront of Learning Technologies.
• Implemented European brand program in the USA in support of global sales initiatives.
• Pitched and won the following customers: Toyota and Lexus Europe, Honda, Hyundai, L’Oréal, United Nations. Worked closely with their C-level executives on the launch and successful adoption of their LMS for sales enablement, more consistent messaging and higher customer satisfaction. Directed the creation of case studies to showcase results and further increase buy-in (happy to share these case studies upon request).
• Directed first ever e-brand and product education programs for Toyota, Lexus Europe, L'Oréal, Honda etc…which empowered all employees and partners to have 24/7 access to brand/product training in over 40 countries and languages.
• Conducted workshops and training sessions on how to brand and promote online learning initiatives.
• Earned award for most widespread adoption of e-learning from E-learning Age for Toyota Connect.

Set up the European branch to service the $700 million Volvo account.
• Recruited agency personnel including Creative and Production staff.
• Headed the introduction of "Revolvolution", the first online campaign for Volvo with launch of S60, its most luxurious design to date (over one million consumers signed-up via AOL).
• Convinced all key Regional Marketing Directors to adapt the campaign locally in record time (6 months) which resulted in global brand consistency online, on air, in print and at retail.
