My name is Cinthia, but feel free to call me Cin ?
I'm a creative director at one of the best independent agencies of Ecuador: "Léttera"
I was born in Guayaquil - Ecuador, and started working on advertising when i was 24 years old.
Right now i work as a creative director for one of the most important banks in my country "Banco de Guayaquil", that has changed all of its communication, for a much closer and human tone. I'm proud of my job for this brand, because we place people first. Our last Women's Day campaign made a lot of micro credits for small businesses lead by women possible, our Focus: Economic independence to reduce violence against women.
I have also worked as a creative director in Mullen Lowe Delta, i lead the Pilsener team (AB InBev), the biggest beer brand in the country. I won some effies with this beer, cheers! ?? (The Effectiveness Awards)
Before joining Mullen Lowe, i lived in Argentina for 5 years and worked at Tribal DDB Argentina (Buenos Aires), where i got a "Gold Pencil Digital Award" for BBVA Banco Francés. Besides that, i worked among other great and fun ad agencies.
In 2008, i was selected for a program called "Level Up" to be part of the next generation of female creative directors in my country, because lack of diversity in the advertising industry is a real problem in South America. I received mentoring and leadership coaching for team work. As you can tell, it worked!
In advertising, for me what matters most is that the work has to be thought-provocking and connect with real people.
Every day I try to break paradigms, I try to include more women in projects and make brands more open-minded ??
