| Synopsis | Master whiskey distiller Brian Nation left his hometown of Cork, Ireland for a position at a relatively unknown distillery, Keeper’s Heart, in Minneapolis, US. For Keeper’s Heart's first-ever ad campaign, we focussed on a comedic concept, centred around us travelling to Cork to capture some heartfelt goodbyes to Brian from some of his former neighbours. What we got instead were some very heartfelt ‘f@%k yous’ and ‘good riddances.’ The ad and print campaign was released just in time for St Patrick’s Day, the only major holiday recognised across the US that specifically celebrates another country. The film and photography was all captured in Cork, Ireland, featuring a real fisherman, farmer, equestrian, beauty queen, hurling team and more. The wonderful people of Cork embraced the tongue-in-cheek nature of what we were trying to do. |
