Synopsis | Los Angeles-based Central Films North’s award-winning director Rodrigo Garcia Saiz teams up with DDB Argentina to bring a heart-racing clash of man vs. vehicle in the thrilling new “Special Feature” for Volkswagen. |
Philosophie | The spot finds an overextended businessman storming out of a late night office meeting, determinedly making his exit to the parking garage. As he agitatedly reaches to open his Volkswagen car door, the vehicle automatically retreats, skillfully dodging the driver’s entrance and simultaneously amplifying the intensity of the overworked man. The two engage in a power struggle, facing off until the man finally concedes and the car door is opened as the fictitious “Stress Detector System” is disengaged. |
