Synopsis | All neighbourhoods have their own unique mix of people and tastes. To better match their grocery needs, the Alepa store decided to give the power back to the community. With the help of a chatbot, customers could ask for their favorite products to be added to the shelves of their local store, straight from their mobile phones. Gradually the selection in each store evolved to meet local customers' needs. |
