Katia is Epica's ambassador in Russia and Eastern Europe. She has been instrumental in our continual relevance and growth as the leading international advertising award in the region. Katia is also our social media queen, keeping our social networks up to date and the Epica followers informed.
Nico's first commitment is to the entries. He makes sure the work is properly gathered and catalogued for fair and optimal presentation. His extensive post-production background ensures firm and some would say obsessive meticulousness in helping steer creations through the judging process. Meanwhile, his past as line producer across different continents allows Nico to assist international entrants with a deep understanding of their imperatives.
Mark is responsible for content such as our annual Epica Book and various regular articles on our website, as well as hosting the Epica jury. A journalist with 30 years of experience, he has written for everybody from the Financial Times and The Guardian to Campaign and Advertising Age. He has a monthly column in the French magazine Stratégies. He is the author of several books about advertising and branding and regularly speaks at conferences around the world.
Philippe oversees the Epica team and guides the positioning of the brand. He is skilled at motivating staff and is a constant source of ideas. Philippe has a background in marketing and technology, having founded Real Media France in 1997 before becoming operations director for Europe, Africa and Asia. He also ran a start-up development company and a virtual meeting hub. In his current role he is also CEO of AdForum, an information provider for the global advertising industry.
