Synopsis | DocMorris is a brand that previously only made controversial headlines. Since a majority of Germans still do not trust in health in a digital context, convincing a broad audience of a brand that specializes in this exact field was a particularly challenging task.So, how did we get people to trust DocMorris with their health?…With a viral that emotionalized DocMorris right around Christmas time – the time of year, when family and health becomemost important to us.Christmas 2020 made values like togetherness, family and health more important than ever, so, we created a film that focused on this exact insight. We told the heartwarming story of an old man preparing for a big Christmas moment with his granddaughter and convinced millions of viewers to see the brands’ personal and humane side. By putting the emotional spotlight on the brand, we reached 147 million views worldwide. |
