Prior to working at WPP, Judy had a variety leadership positions such as Global Chief Talent Officer for Wunderman, Chief Talent Officer at IPG Mediabrands North America and Digitas, and HR roles at Time Inc., BBDO and ABC-TV. Judy is a member of the International Radio and Television Society board and a former president of BRAINY (Black Representative Association of New York).
