Fabrice Delacourt and Olivier Desmettre began their careers at Lowe Lintas as Creative Writer and Artistic Director on the Française des Jeux and Sega accounts among others.
After spending 3 years at Lowe Lintas, they joined the Devarrieuxvillaret agency and then, a year later, they joined Publicis.
In 1999, they left Publicis for Euro RSCG where they would stay for 10 years and work on the Citroën brand, amongst others. Their last two years would see them progress to Creative Directors.
In that capacity, they joined Leg, where they would remain for a year. They would then return to Publicis Conseil, where they continue to work on a wide range of advertising accounts, including Renault (for whom they created the Raving Rabbids and Espace i-Pad campaigns), Orange “words”, and Orange Hussars, Rowenta (Seb Group) “Find the force of silence”, Nescafé “Really Friends?”… (campaigns that won several awards at French and international festivals).
Throughout their careers, they have won many awards at the Epica Awards, Eurobest, Club des AD, the Andy Awards, the Clio Awards, Cresta and the Sharks Awards,….
They have been members of the jury at the French Club des AD on several occasions.
In 1995, after graduating from ESCP Europe (Paris Graduate School of Management), Jerome, who spent most of his childhood in the US, started immediately working in advertising.
He was first in charge of prestigious French brands such as Danone and France Telecom in BDDP in 1996. In 2002, he joined Young and Rubicam as the Account Director in charge of Quick (fast food) and Accenture. In 2004, TBWA/Paris (which was previously BDDP), asked him to become the Partner in charge of SNCF (the French railway company) and to be responsible for the agency’s new business.
In 2007, Jérôme Martel became New Business Director of Publicis Conseil and Deputy Director General in charge of New Business in 2010. Since 2007, Jerome has worked closely with Arthur Sadoun and Valérie Hénaff and won with them major new clients such as Axa, Cap Gemini, Fnac, GDF Suez, Orange, Total and Yoplait.
Elie, an architect by education, joined Pixelpark in 1999, enlisting into the digital revolution in the early days. Working at the heart of a multi-disciplinary team, he drove early concepts for some of the first interactive brand experiences.
In 2006, he took the creative leadership of the French interactive agency, Visual-link, where he accompanied numerous luxury brands migrate to digital experiences: Yves Saint-Laurent, Boucheron, Christofle, Sergio Rossi and Petit Bateau, among others.
In 2011, he joined Publicis Modem, which eventually became Nurun, as Creative Director. In 2014, appointed Executive Creative Director he oversaw the creative direction for a rich portfolio of clients including digital campaign and ecosystem development: Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Kenzo, AccorHotels, Carrefour, SNCF.
In January 2017, he was named Executive Creative Director for Publicis Conseil France.
With strong industry recognition, Elie has won a numerous French and International awards for creativity, strategic digital experiences and communications campaigns: Eurobest, Epica, NY festival, Effie, Cristal, FWA.
Marcelo started working 16 years ago as Executive Creative Director in the Argentinean agency, Agulla & Baccetti, working for important clients such as Arcor, Molinos Rio de la Plata, Coca-Cola, Renault, Telecom, RepsolYpf.
He later moved to Spain to work for BBDO, managing the whole agency, working for clients such as: Pepsi, Renault international, ING Direct, Telefónica, Lays (Pepsico Foods).
After 4 years managing this agency, he founded Publicis Lado C, as partner and Executive Creative Director working for Renault Worldwide & Beam Global.
Until 2011, Marcelo led Publicis Spain, working for all the net’s clients: Renault, Garnier, Grupo Mahou (beer brewery), Carrefour, Telefonica, MoviStar.
He is currently responsible of the creativity for all the Publicis Worldwide agencies in Latin America (excl. Brazil).
In 16 years, Marcelo has been awarded in all the existing advertising festivals with more than 20 Cannes Lions, 5 pencils in The One Show, 3 pencils in D&AD, over 40 Fiap, 15 New York Festival. He has participated as juries in the majority of the most important festivals in the world.
